Curtis Named TCU's NFF Scholar-Athlete of the Year

TCU tight end to be recognized Sunday night
DALLAS -- The National Football Foundation's Gridiron Club of Dallas has selected tight end Chase Curtis as TCU's 2025 Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Curtis, a Team Captain and graduate student with a degree in economics, will be recognized at Sunday night's banquet at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria.
A Pittsburg, Kan., native, Curtis played in the opening four games this past year before suffering a season-ending injury. He totaled seven receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown. In 2023, he was having a career-best season with 15 receptions over the first eight games before being sidelined by injury. He has also been a special teams standout.
Curtis will enter his final season this fall having played in 30 games over his TCU career.
