
More Medals Collected and Records Broken on Day Three of the Big 12 Championships

FEDERAL WAY – The TCU swimming and diving team brought home five more medals and set three new school records on day three of the Big 12 Championships.
THE RUNDOWN
The final events kicked off with the men's 1-meter dive, where David Ekdahl secured his second gold medal of the meet with an impressive score of 383.10. Elliott Dillon followed with a strong performance, earning the bronze medal with a score of 330.90.
In the pool, Jeanne Dahmen had a record-breaking performance claiming the bronze medal and setting a new school record in the 100 fly with a time of 52.85.
Back on the boards, Anna Kwong delivered another outstanding performance, earning her second medal of the meet with gold in the 3-meter dive with a score of 372.75.
The meet wrapped up with two record-breaking performances in the 400 medley relay. The women's team of Rylee Moore, Claire Chahbandour, Jeanne Dahmen, and Olivia Rhodes set a new school record with a time of 3:36.34, etching their names in program history.
The men's team of Edgar Cicanci, Jadon Wuilliez, Lior Mizrahi, and Peter Horton followed with another historic swim, breaking the school record and securing the bronze medal with a time of 3:06.67.
TCU returns to action for day four of the Big 12 Championships on Friday, Feb. 28, with prelims beginning at 12 p.m. CT.
