Swimming and Diving Unveils 2023-24 Schedule

Horned Frogs open season in Tallahassee
FORT WORTH – TCU head coach James Winchester announced the 2023-24 swimming & diving schedule. The Horned Frogs are slated for four home meets with postseason competition beginning Feb. 27.
The Horned Frogs start their season at the FSU Classic in Tallahassee, Fla. against Florida State, Georgia Tech and Liberty (women). Georgia Tech and Florida State men's teams finished in the Top 25 at the conclusion of the 2022-2023 season.
The Frogs then head back to Fort Worth for the home opener and first Big 12 matchup of the season against BYU.
TCU will then head to Austin to swim against Texas on Oct. 20. Last season, the Texas women finished second and the men finished fifth, making this TCU's highest-caliber dual meet of the season. The following week, diving will head back to Austin to take on the Longhorns in the Texas Diving Invitational.
Nov. 3, the women will swim New Mexico State at home before the team heads to Columbia, Mo. to attend the Mizzou Invite. TCU will swim against Missouri, BYU, Missouri State, Lindenwood, Kansas, San Jose State (women) and Missouri S&T (men).
The Horned Frogs will start 2024 off with their senior day meets versus Texas A&M in Fort Worth. The women will swim on Friday, Jan. 12 with the men the following day (Jan. 13). Both A&M men's and women's teams finished last season in the Top 25. The Texas A&M women won four SEC Championships from 2016-2019.
Jan. 20, the women's team will face off against Iowa State in Ames to continue their Big 12 schedule. The team will travel back to Austin to swim in the Sterkel Classic hosted by the Longhorns. This is the Frogs' last regular season meet before heading into championship season.
The Big 12 Championships will kick off in Morgantown, W.Va. on Feb. 27. The Lone Star Last Chance Meet in College Station will be March 2-4. This the Horned frogs last meet before the NCAA Championships.
Diving will finish their season at the NCAA Diving Zones in early March, followed by the NCAA Championships.
The National Invitational Championships will be held in Ocala, Flo. for Division I swimmers who have achieved NCAA "B" time standards.
Women's NCAA National Championships will take place in Athens, Ga. and the men's competition will be in Indianapolis, Ind. at the end of March.
