TCU Volleyball Announces 2022 Schedule

Horned Frogs to host 16 matches in Schollmaier Arena
FORT WORTH – TCU Volleyball and head coach Jason Williams has announced the 2022 schedule. TCU will play a 27-match regular season schedule featuring 16 home matches inside Schollmaier Arena.
2022 Schedule
TCU opens the regular season against defending national champions Wisconsin on Friday, August 26, followed by a match against No. 7 Minnesota as a part of the Big Ten / Big 12 Challenge. This is the second year of the Big Ten / Big 12 Challenge featuring Wisconsin, Minnesota, TCU and Baylor.
The Frogs will host two other non-conference weekends, hosting Coastal Carolina, Memphis and Texas A&M on September 2-3, followed by a Alabama, Abilene Christian and Texas State on September 16-17. The lone non-conference road trip will be to Raleigh, North Carolina where the Frogs will battle Western Carolina, NC State and Indiana.
TCU will play a 16-match Big 12 schedule. The conference is returning to the home-and-home format, playing Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the fall as opposed to the Friday and Saturday series of the past two seasons. The Horned Frogs will open conference play on the road against Baylor on Wednesday, September 21, with the conference home opener coming the following Saturday, September 24 against Iowa State.
In total, TCU will take on nine teams from the 2021 NCAA Tournament field, including 2021 National Champion Wisconsin, and Elite 8 participants Minnesota and Texas.
