Junior Wynne Weatherly was honored by the Neeley School of Business for her drive and efforts in the classroom during this last year. She was dubbed the Outstanding Student in Management and Leadership.
The award is only given to one student in each major and recognizes efforts to learn and grow in the classroom through outstanding scholarship and seeking opportunities to advance her knowledge base. The recipient is nominated by their professor and is selected from a panel of faculty and staff.
"This award is such an honor," Weatherly said. "I am incredibly grateful for the support from both the Neeley staff and TCU Athletics in all of my academics pursuits."
Weatherly will be going into her senior year next year and was named a Dr. Gerald Lage Academic Achievement Award winner earlier this spring.
