Green and Munster Named Scholar-Athletes of the Month

Senior Haylen Green from baseball and senior Claire Munster from swimming and diving have been named TCU's February Scholar-Athletes of the Month.
Green pitched 10.3 scoreless innings in five games during the month of February. In the home opener against Kentucky, Green entered the game in the fifth inning with tying runs on base, but struck out the final batter to keep the Horned Frogs in front. Against California, Green recorded his first career save in the game.
Green is a strategic communication major and a general business minor.
Munster was a member of three school record-setting relay teams including the 200 medley, the 200 freestyle and the 400 freestyle. At the Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships, she placed sixth overall in the 100 freestyle, which was a personal-best and placed second in TCU history. Munster's 50 freestyle time ranked fourth all-time at TCU.
Munster is double majoring in biology and environmental science.
