
Rifle Signs Schuett to NLI

Nina Schuett joins TCU's class of 2024
FORT WORTH – The TCU women's rifle team announced the signing of Nina Schuett to the class of 2024.
Schuett attends Billings West High School in Billings, Montana, and competes with her club, the Gallatin Valley Sharp Shooters. At TCU, she plans to major in nursing.
During her high school career, Schuett qualified for the CMP National 3-Position Air Rifle Championships four times and the American Legion 3-Position Air Rifle Championships in 2019. She currently holds the Montana 4H smallbore state record. She also qualified for the 2019 National Junior Olympic Championships after finishing first overall in smallbore and second in air rifle.
Most recently, Schuett competed at the USA Shooting Winter Airgun Championships, where she placed 22nd overall and 14th in the junior division with a score of 1,238.5.
"I look forward to Nina joining the Frog Family in the fall," said head coach Karen Monez. "She will be a great addition to the squad. With her competitive drive, work ethic and motivation to do well, she has the potential to excel at the collegiate level. I look for Nina to have an outstanding career at TCU and help the team reach their goals."
