Horned Frogs closed this past season with a No. 24 national ranking
FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU Head Women's Golf Coach Angie Ravaioli-Larkin has announced the promotion of Andrea Kaelin to associate head coach.
"It has been my privilege to have Coach Kaelin as our assistant coach these past two years," Ravaioli-Larkin said. "Her responsibilities are all encompassing, and she handles them professionally with enthusiasm, consistency and precision. 'CK' has earned this promotion, and I am fortunate to coach alongside such a rising star among the golf coaching ranks.
"Our team is better and stronger with 'CK' as my coaching partner."
Kaelin arrived at TCU as an assistant coach in 2017. She was instrumental in the Horned Frogs closing this past campaign with a No. 24 national ranking and earning their 22nd postseason appearance in the last 24 seasons.
TCU won two tournaments in 2018-19, marking the first time in Ravaioli-Larkin's 25-year tenure, which has included 20 tournament championships, that it won back-to-back events. TCU posted a top-six finish in eight of 11 tournaments on the season, including six in the top four.
The Horned Frogs had multiple All-Big 12 selections, Greta Bruner and Sabrina Iqbal, for the first time in addition to Annika Clark being the Big 12 Women's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
