Horned Frogs Continue Play at NCAA Regional

Bruner records her second straight below-par round and is 3 under through 36 holes
NORMAN, Okla. -- Greta Bruner had her second consecutive below-par round as the No. 22 TCU women's golf team completed second-round play Tuesday at the NCAA Regional.
The Horned Frogs, making their 22nd postseason appearance in the last 24 years, are in 12th place. TCU will enter Wednesday's final round nine strokes behind Ole Miss and Texas Tech, who are tied for sixth, to earn a top-six finish needed to advance to the NCAA National Championship. The Horned Frogs are looking for their fifth trip in the last 13 seasons.

Greta Bruner is tied for eighth individually at 3-under-par 141. The top-three individuals on a non-advancing team will qualify for the NCAA National Championship.
Bruner's 1-under 71 Tuesday included birdies on her final two holes. The junior from Conroe, Texas, had three birdies on the day.
Freshman Sabrina Iqbal posted her second straight even-par 72 and is tied for 22nd. She had consecutive birdies on the front nine. The San Jose, Calif., native recorded three birdies on the day with par on 12 holes.
Grace Do had two birdies and contributed a 74, lowering her score by three strokes from Monday.
