TCU offensive lineman played his final season as a graduate student
IRVING, Texas -- Former Horned Frogs offensive lineman Trey Elliott will be recognized Sunday night as TCU's Scholar-Athlete of the Year by the National Football Foundation's Gridiron Club of Dallas.
Elliott played his final season in 2018 as a graduate student. The Dallas native saw action in all 13 games and made four starts, including the final two contests of the seasonat left guard. He made two starts earlier at right guard. TCU was 4-0 in games he started last year.
Elliott was a two-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree.
