
Henry Earns Big 12 Accolades

Junior hit .500 and tallied nine RBIs last week
FORT WORTH – TCU baseball junior Austin Henry was named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week for his performance in four games last week in helping TCU post a 3-1 record. The honor is the first of Henry's career and the second for the Horned Frogs this season.
Henry hit .500 (8-for-16) in four games last week. He collected an RBI in all four games and is riding a five-game RBI streak. The junior has registered multiple hits in four straight games. Six of his nine RBIs this past week came with two outs.
On the season, Henry is hitting .315 with a team-leading 24 RBIs.
Henry joins Porter Brown as TCU's Big 12 honorees this season. Brown was named the Newcomer of the Week on Feb. 18.
