
Baseball Game Suspended Tuesday night

March 21, 2017 ABILENE, Texas – Due to severe weather that moved into the Abilene area around 8 p.m. on Tuesday night, the TCU vs. Abilene Christian baseball game was suspended with the Horned Frogs leading 2-0.
ACU is slated to travel to Fort Worth on May 2 as part of the home-and-home series. Tuesday's game will be resume with the Frogs leading 2-0 with two outs and a runner on third in the top of the 5th.
Cam Warner doubled in the first and scored on an Evan Skoug sacrifice fly. With one out in the third, Elliott Barzilli hit a solo home run to account for the runs. Dalton Horton had started and allowed three hits in 2 2/3 innings. Trey Morris was on the mound when the game was suspended.
No. 3 TCU will open a three game series against No. 16 Oklahoma State Friday night at Lupton Stadium. Game time for the series opener is set for 6:30 p.m.
