The top-six finishers in the 18-team regional will move on to the NCAA Championship May 20-25 in Eugene, Ore. The top-three individuals from schools not advancing will also qualify for the NCAA Championship.
The Bryan Regional is being held at the Traditions Golf Club. TCU was last on that course when it opened the 2014-15 campaign by tying for seventh at the Texas A&M "Mo"Morial.
TCU is seeded seventh in the Bryan Regional. Joining the Horned Frogs in the 18-team regional, by order of seeding, are UCLA, Georgia, Arizona, Kent State, Furman, Texas A&M, Texas, SMU, Louisville, Miami (Fla.), Tulane, Campbell, Indiana, Texas State, Delaware, Lamar and Quinnipiac.
The Horned Frogs have posted eight top-10 results in nine tournaments this season. When last in action, TCU was third at the Big 12 Championship. The Horned Frogs posted runner-up finishes at the Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational, Golfweek Conference Challenge and Notre Dame Clover Cup.
TCU's lineup will feature junior Kelly McGovern and a quartet of freshmen in Annika Clark, Brooke Graebe, Brooke McDougald and Sabina Pena.
McGovern is second on TCU with a 74.5 stroke average. The Woodlands, Texas, native is ranked 148th nationally and No. 223 in the world. In her last appearance at the Traditions Golf Club, she tied for 16th at the 2014 Texas A&M "Mo"Morial with an 8-over 224.
Pena and Graebe were named to the All-Tournament Team after tying for fifth and ninth, respectively, at the Big 12 Championship.
Graebe, who leads TCU with a 73.7 stroke average, is ranked No. 90 nationally and 253rd in the world. She has seven top-20 results in nine tournaments, including medalist honors at the Notre Dame Clover Cup. The Yorba Linda, Calif., native was the Big 12 Women's Golfer of the Month for March.
Pena's tie for fifth at the Big 12 Championship was a career-best result. Her second-round career-low 67 led to a 1-under 215. She has a 75.8 stroke average on the season.
Clark and McDougald have 75.0 marks. Clark has a pair of top-10 finishes among three top-20 efforts. McDougald will be in her fourth straight tournament after playing in just one of the opening six events.
McGovern, Graebe and Clark are the lone Horned Frogs to compete in all 10 tournaments this season.
