Brzozowski Lands Academic All-District Honor

To be nominated for CoSIDA Academic All-District, a student-athlete must be a starter or key reserve with legitimate athletic credentials, have reached their sophomore year and have at least a 3.30 cumulative GPA.
Brzozowski, who recently crossed the stage with a degree in nursing, completed her coursework with a 3.95 cumulative GPA. The Brookfield, Wis. native also capped off her collegiate career with an eighth-place finish in the 1650 freestyle at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 17:14.35. Throughout her tenure at TCU, Brzozowski set school records in the 1,000 freestyle (9:57.93), 1,650 freestyle (16:37.26) and 800 freestyle relay (7:15.12).
First team Academic All-District honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.
