Hunt on Rimington Trophy Watch List

NEW YORK -- TCU's Joey Hunt has been named to the watch list for the 2015 Rimington Trophy, presented to the nation's top center.
An All-Big 12 selection in 2014, Hunt helped key a TCU offense that finished second in the nation in scoring (46.5 points per game) and tied for fifth in total offense (533.0 yards per game). The Horned Frogs set single-season school records for points (604), passing yards (4,240), total yards (6,929), first downs (331) and plays (1,038).
Hunt, who has started all 25 games the last two seasons, has also been Academic All-Big 12 the last two years. He was a captain in each game for the Horned Frogs in 2014.
TCU All-American Jake Kirkpatrick was the 2010 recipient of the Rimington Trophy.
