Men's Track and Field Jumps to No. 14

FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU men's track and field team moved up seven spots to No. 14 in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) computer rankings, it was announced today.
It's the highest ranking for the Horned Frogs this season.
At the Arkansas Open, the TCU 4x400 relay posted a first-place finish with a time of 3:06.05. The team of freshman Kevin McClanahan, sophomore Raymond Bozmans and juniors Sam Watts and Ronnie Baker recorded the fifth-best time in NCAA competition this season with the win.
The time also ranks as the third fastest in program history.
Up next for the Horned Frogs is the Big 12 Indoor Championships beginning Friday, Feb. 27, in Ames, Iowa.
