Honors Abound for 2014 Squad

FORT WORTH - In a season full of great team triumphs that included a Big 12 Championship and a trip to the College World series, the TCU baseball team racked up the honors. In total 19 Horned Frogs earned at least one accolade throughout the season.
The 2014 squad finished the season with a 48-18 record. The 48 wins are the second-most in school history and helped the program earn its first-ever national seed and a trip to the College World Series. Along the way, the Horned Frogs earned TCU's first team Big 12 championship when they swept their way through the Big 12 Tournament. TCU went undefeated in the NCAA Fort Worth Regional and hosted its first-ever NCAA Super Regional. TCU advanced to the CWS with a thrilling 2-1 series victory over Pepperdine.
