FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU women's golf coach Angie Ravaioli-Larkin has announced the signing of Sabina Pena to a National Letter of Intent.
A native of Sharyland, Texas, Pena has a low round of 66 and is ranked No. 136 by Polo Golf.
"Sabina has a tremendous amount of sheer, raw talent," Ravaioli-Larkin said. "She is already a great competitor, yet she has a world of potential and even better golf ahead of her.
"We are very excited to play a part in Sabina's development, and we can't wait for her to join the TCU family!"
Pena tied for fourth at the UIL 5A Girls Golf Championships in 2013. She won the individual crown at the 2012 McAllen ISD Fall Golf Classic, an event her brother, Jose, won in the boys' division.
Ranked 12th in Texas, Pena earned all-state honors in 2012-13. She also tied for fourth-place overall at the state tournament that season.
