Baseball Television Schedule Announced

FORT WORTH, Texas - The Mountain West Conference announced the 2011 baseball television and the Horned Frogs will have a league-high 23 games televised between The Mtn., CBS Sports Network and BYU-TV. In addition, the entire Mountain West Conference tournament will be televised.
The TCU Film/Television/Digital Media Department will produce 18 games - 16 live with the remainder shown next day tape delay. TCU Film/Television/Digital Media Department students will be responsible for all facets of the game production while The Mtn. provides the broadcast platform. TCU is ranked No. 1 in the preseason polls in two of four national baseball publications.
In addition to game broadcasts, live pre- and post-game shows from The Mtn. studios will be part of all of The Mtn.-produced baseball telecasts, including the full slate of 2011 MWC Baseball Championship games.
The Mtn. is carried nationally by DIRECTV (Channel 616) and numerous cable operators representing over 200 municipalities in nine states. CBS Sports Network is widely available on cable systems across the country and via satellite on DIRECTV (Channel 613) and Dish Network (Channel 152).
