In the spring of 2011, Sybesma led Sabine Rasch to an individual Mountain West title in the 100-free and saw Edgar Crespo advance to the NCAA Men's Championship for the second-straight year.
Up to the Task
Swimming against tough competition in South Bend, Ind., last weekend, TCU record holders Sabine Rasch and Amanda Vincent proved up to the task of taking on some of the best.
TCU sprint specialist Rasch cruised to victories in the 50-free (23.41) and 100-free (51.66). In her TCU career, she has been defeated only once in the sprint events at a dual-meet.
Vincent, the TCU butterfly specialist, won both of those events, clocking a 56.24 in the 100-fly and a 2:02.04 in the 200-fly. Rasch leads the Mountain West in the 50-free and Vincent leads the league in the 200-fly.

A Family Affair
With last year's signing class, TCU now features three sets of siblings on the 2011-12 roster. On the men's team, August Van Allen joins his older brother, Ross, who is a junior for the Frogs. Sophomore Gabi Korac, who transferred from Arkansas, joins her older sister Zrinka, a senior. Freshman Elizabeth Oster comes to TCU with her sister Jennifer, the TCU record holder in the 100-back.
