Frogs Defeat Ole Miss And Duke

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- TCU posted victories over Ole Miss and Duke Monday to advance to the consolation bracket championship at the Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship.
TCU snapped Duke's 20-match win streak in match play competition.
The 11th-seeded Horned Frogs will face No. 13 Georgia State on Tuesday at LPGA International.
With points secured by Brooke Beeler, Valentine Derrey, Melissa Loh and Rachel Raastad, TCU began the day with a 4-1 victory over Ole Miss.
Derrey, Loh and freshman Louise Kristersson, playing in her first collegiate competition, were victorious in the Horned Frogs' 3-2 win against Duke.
The Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship is the only match play event on the 2009-10 NCAA women's golf schedule. Teams were selected based on their ranking at the end of the fall season the previous school year.
