Raastad's 74 Keys TCU at NCAAs

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Freshman Rachel Raastad carded a 74 to lead TCU in second-round action Wednesday at the NCAA Division I Women's Golf National Championships.
The Horned Frogs shot a 316 and are in 22nd place. UCLA, at 13-over-par 589, sits atop the leaderboard with a seven-stroke advantage over USC.
Raastad, from Asker, Norway, is tied for 28th-place individually.
All five Horned Frogs had two birdies on the day. Valentine Derrey nearly recorded a hole-in-one on the par 3, 158-yard hole No. 4. Her shot over water landed two inches from the pin.
UCLA's Maria Jose Uribe is the individual leader with a 3-under 141, two strokes ahead of Wake Forest's Nannette Hill, Pepperdine's Lisa McCloskey and Denver's Stephanie Sherlock.
