FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU freshman Melissa Loh has been named an All-America Scholar by the National Golf Coaches Association of America.
It's the 10th consecutive year that Horned Frog women's golf coach Angie Ravaioli-Larkin has seen one of her players named an All-America Scholar. Loh is the 17th TCU All-America Scholar selection in that stretch.
A Singapore native, Loh is a psychology major with a minor in business. She played in 10 of TCU's 11 tournaments this season. Her best finish was tying for sixth at the Mountain West Conference Championship.
Loh had a 78.6 stroke average. She was one of three freshmen in TCU's five-player lineup as the Frogs made their first back-to-back appearance at the NCAA National Championship since 1999-2000. TCU tied for 17th.
