Male Athlete of the Week is junior Kriegler Brink of Men's Tennis.
Brink went a combined 3-0 as TCU captured the MWC Men's Tennis Tournament Championship.
The Gauteng, South Africa, native won the final match to clinch the title, with the final game going to 14 points.
Brink improved to 23-2 this spring and 32-6 overall this season in singles play.
Female Athlete of the Week is sophomore Neidra Covington of the women's Track and Field team.
The Florida native earned runner-up honors in the championship division of the women's triple jump at the Penn Relays, soaring 43 feet, 3 3/4 inches. Her regional qualifying mark broke her own school record, which she set last weekend at the TCU Invitational.
Covington's jump is currently the 12th best mark in the NCAA this spring and the top leap in the Mountain West Conference. It is also the fifth-best jump in the Midwest Region.
Covington led TCU in the long jump by leaping 19 feet, 8 inches to place sixth overall in a highly competitive field at Penn.
The Road Warrior of the Week is senior Jonathan Jackson of the men's Track and Field team.
Jackson had one of the most successful outings for an athlete in Penn Relays history. He crushed his own school record to win the men's triple jump on Saturday after winning the long jump on his first day of competition in Philadelphia. By doing so he earned College Athlete of the Meet honors for individual events.
Jackson, who's mark of 54 feet, 3 ¾ inches in the triple jump is currently tied for No. 1 in the NCAA and is the 10th longest jump in Penn Relays history, became the first TCU track and field athlete ever to win both the men's long and triple jump at the Penn Relays. He also became the first TCU male or female to win a title in the triple jump at Franklin Field.
By being named Individual College Athlete of the Meet, the Grand Prairie, Texas native became only the second individual in TCU history to be named Individual Athlete of the Meet.
Both of his marks are NCAA regional qualifying marks and currently No. 1 in the MWC. In the long jump, Jackson soared 24 feet, 2 1/2 inches to win the men's college long jump title. By winning the event, Jackson became only the second TCU male ever to win the long jump at the Penn Relays.
