
Meet Stacey Bieber

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Stacey Bieber is in her junior year with the TCU women's golf team.Bieber played in four of five tournaments for the Horned Frogs this fall, recording a 76.3 stroke average. She tied for fourth individually, just three shots off the lead, with a 73-70-75=218 as TCU posted a 21-stroke victory at Kansas State's Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational.
Bieber was an Academic All-American last year while earning All-Conference USA Tournament Team honors.
A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Bieber also played hockey, volleyball, badminton and soccer while growing up in Canada.
The TCU women's golf team opens its spring season Feb. 24-26 at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic.

John Daly, my grandpa and some perfect, gorgeous and funny guy for me.
What three words would people most likely use to describe you?
Organized, punctual and normal. Just kidding. I guess I would say approachable, easy going and weird.
If you could play in just one professional golf tournament, which one would it be?
The Solheim Cup or the U.S. Women's Open.
What is the best advice anyone has given you regarding the game of golf?
Have fun.
What is one thing about yourself that most people don't know?
I have a compulsive hand-washing phobia.
If you could have lunch with anyone in history, who would it be?
Nelson Mandela.
What has been your most memorable moment in golf?
When I broke 70 for the first time.
If you could caddy for any golfer, past or present, who would you choose?
Tiger Woods or John Daly.
What do you like most about TCU?
The Student Recreation Center, the size of the school and friends.
