FORT WORTH, Texas -- Included below is an inside look at TCU women's golfer Elin Emanuelsson.A junior from Nacka, Sweden, Emanuelsson fired a first-round 69 as part of a 221 total (+5) to place seventh individually as TCU posted a 21-stroke victory in October at Kansas State's Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational.
Emanuelsson also had the Frogs' second-best score (78-71-78=227) at New Mexico's Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational. She tied for 15th individually with a 72-78-76=226 at the Lady Paladin Invitational.
As a sophomore in 2004-05, she dropped her stroke average by nearly three shots from her freshman year. She recorded two Top 20 finishes.

Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam and John Daly.
What three words would people most likely use to describe you?
Considerate, hardworking and stubborn.
What superstitions do you have when playing golf?
I try not to have any, but I come up with new stupid ones that I could use all the time!
If you could play in just one professional golf tournament, which one would it be?
The Masters.

Meg Ryan.
What is your best golf trick shot?
My driver punch from the woods.
What is one thing about yourself that most people don't know?
I can juggle and figure skate pretty good.
What has been your most memorable moment in golf?
When I shot under 70 for the first time in a tournament.
Which teammate would most likely win $1 million on the reality TV show "Survivor" and why?
Megan Sakamoto. She is practically from the jungle (Hawaii)! She is also a fighter and wants to become a doctor.
What animal best describes you?
A cat with its strong integrity.
What is your favorite TCU women's golf team tradition?
The cookie cake we get when it's someone's birthday.
Do you have any fun stories about the golf team, a team member and/or your coaches?
I have Coach (Angie) Larkin and Coach (Nicole) Harris on tape when they're doing their own made-up golf dance at the 2004 Regionals. It is really funny.
